"Preservation rhinoplasty" is effective for a nose hump reduction surgery.
A closed approach, in which the nasal bridge is not incised, is sometimes used.
This is often possible in Westerners with large noses.
If the deviation is severe, the open method is better.
Pre-operative CT scan will be required.
