Making a male patient’s nose smaller – Dutch patient

Most of the surgical procedures at our clinic are sagging treatments such as facelifts and nose surgeries.
For western patients, nasal concerns are mostly due to large noses such as a hump nose where "reduction surgery" are often performed.
Hump nose is frequently accompanied by a crooked deviation or deviated septum, which often requires both approaches from plastic surgery and ENT.
We perform both using endoscopic techniques.

For male patients, we avoid shortening the nose too much and also avoid angling the tip.
