Deep Plane Facelift as fourth facelift surgery – patient originally from Singapore

This is Dr, Nakao from Nakao Plastic Surgery.

Today's photos is a patient's before and after picture of her fourth facelift surgery.

The first surgery was performed in Thailand, Asia. The second was by a Japanese facelift surgeon and the third was also by a Japanese facelift surgeon.

The patient requested a Deep Plane Facelift with Dr. Nakao and underwent the procedure.

Incisional Lift
    Forehead Lift
    Deep Plane Facelift
    Pelican Surgery (Platysmaplasty)

were performed.

Pelican surgery or platysmaplasty revealed non-dissolvable fillers and white degeneration in the digastric muscle.

The facelift showed significant scarring on the right side, but the SMAS was relatively well-preserved, an entry point for deep plane facelift.

The neck lift also exhibited severe right-side scarring and damage to the platysma muscle, but this was managed with a composite neck flap, allowing normal traction procedure.

We added buccal fat lifting and submandibular gland lifting, also approaching the sagging in the deeper SMAS.

Additionally, the forehead was treated with a non-incisional forehead lift.

We also added net sutures to the cheek area, ensuring deep fixation while excising skin with adequate tension control.

Our clinic have many patients who have undergone multiple facelift procedures too.

We select the optimal approach tailored to each patient's condition.
